cielo they may take 2 weeks, but I saw some cases they took 60 days.We have one person here in the thread that waited 90 days to get the receipt and soon after got the EAD.

I don't why i didnt think about it. That makes so much sense. I was so overwhelmed with everythign that is going on in my life that i didnt even think about it. I havent signed anything with the attorney yet, so still in good time .

Hi guys , my case was transferred to local office on June , also the request more evidence on June 17 it is was medical examination , Today they receive it my medical and i would like to know if some one had experience with it , after receiving my evidence in how long time they will schedule date of interview ?

Hello Guys

Just want to give a quik update on my case. After waiting almost 20 months finally I received an email saying that they made a decision in my case and I should receive the letter in the mail within 15 days.

Sandra helped me write a letter to send along with the request to renew my 6th prima facie , asking them to PLEASE look at my case because i really need it. Thank you SANDRA one more time.

Now i m very nervous about what this letter will bring. I hope it comes in fast so i can breath.

I m now on mediciation, I went to my doctor and he prescribed me some medication for depression and anxiety.

Panama guy, does the email say wether they approved your case or not?or did you check your case status? usually they say if its approved or not..hope its positive news..

Lets be hopeful Panama guy. Go online and check the status to see what it states, put in your receipt number. It typically has the info of what the decision is. I am also anxious to hear. Regardless , everything will work out

For some reason Panama guy is not able to check his case online, his former lawyer couldn't check online either, he has to wait the letter.I hope is good news,not an RFE,but we have to wait and Pray that Justice will prevail.

yes guys , like Sandra said my receipt dont show at the uscis website. It never did since i applied. But I hope the letter will come in sometime this week. I will post here what the decision was.

I don't think its a request for evidence because the email says that a decision was MADE on my case so I m hanging there. Actually I m handling it better than i thought I would. I m very calm and have a lot of peace in my Heart .

I m praying really hard for this letter to be a answer to the end of this nightmare.

No matter what the decision is I m sure God will be with me and help me to move to the next step, even if its a step down. God work in an misterious way , and i have faith that he will be with me all the way.

same thing happen to me and they just had me do my biometrics again.

my case was approved in April 17 , and was transferred on June 11

Also i did bio-metrics in February , so i don't think they will ask me to do again because it is just 6 month
