Also lank I was reading on the state.gov website that our category F2A could become current in the coming months dancin5hr.gif meaning no matter your PD we would be able to get a visa number and not have a long wait.

So lets keep trusting God.

Faithkeeper can you please send me a link where I can read that? Thank you!

Thanks Iank . My problem now is that I have been calling lawyer from the charity organization to start the papers for for the AOS and EAD . Am wondering if I can go ahead and file them myself because I really need a job to take care of my self and daughter.

I can file them yourself if you do not have a layer on file. Otherwise, I believe you have to file another paper saying that you want to represent yourself, I'm not quite sure how that works. I am afraid to provide you with the wrong info. Please check with Sandranj. She will tell you for sure. Congrats again on your approval!

Lank if you go to the website travel.state.gov click on visa bulletin for the month of July 2013 scroll all the way down to where there is a heading Visa Availability in the coming months August-October and under our category F2A you will see the statement 'could become current at some point during the coming months'

So as one person explained in another forum everyone in this category regardless of their priority date will be eligible for a visa and Im hoping it happens between august an october as they stated in the website!

Faithkeeper it also says Visa Availability in the coming months (August - October). So it looks like "some point during the coming months" could be August-October :)

It's look like Vermont is moving. I met a young who applied around July 2012 and her case is now approved also. I just want to know after your case is approved what is the next step. Keep in mind I didnot file a AOS or EAD because my husband was only a LPR.

Raga Shanti , you must be sooo happy.. Thank God you ddnt change your filing status.. Thank God Girl.. Well yes, we all got approved and many more will in The Name of Jesus..Believe that

raga shanti congratulations.Praise the Lord. As far i understood he was representing you just in your Vawa case right? , then now you can submit I-485 along with form I-765, you don't need a lawyer to do that.If you can;t afford to pay the USCIS fees file out form I-912 as well.Submit form I-485, I-765,G-325A,I-864W,I-693(medical exam), proof of your vawa approval and supporting documents showing a bonafide marriage.

Guys,

If one apply for I-360 with the previous I-485 moved to abuse case.

And the I-360 will get denied, the person will be moved to removal procedure.

Does it mean that this person will never be able to return to US, no matter on what visa?

Or can thus person still get F1 or H1B?

Thanks sandranj I will definitely put together the forms and send them off if I don't get a response from the lawyer. Do i also need to send a letter to say I remove her from my case. Everyone keep praying and have faith it will definitely work out. I know it can be frustrating but we all have to strong or each others.
