Hi Sandra

Finally I found a attorney to do the writ of mandamus , I had a difficult time to find one, because alot of them was giving me the same answer ." its too early for Writ of mandamus" asking me to wait till at least 24 months and its been only 20 months.

I hope this attorney will do a good job and get a decision from VSC.

Thanks Sandra for helping me.

Seeing that Sandra has done this many times, why ddnt you hire her to do it? Just asking and making a suggestion. All will be well

Panama guy tell your attorney to draft the writ of mandamus and fax over a copy of the writ to Vawa unit and the U.S attorney as well along with a letter saying he will wait 10/15 days for adjudication or further legal action will be taken. Probably they will adjudicate without your lawyer filing the writ of mandamus with the federal Court.Good luck.

Cielo not everyone gets the EAD in 15/25 days, the average timeline is 60/90 days, then your timeline is still good.

regarding your other question you have to submit form G-325A ok.
