I have been lurking from the sidelines for a very long time. I joined June 2012. I filed in September 2012. My I-360 was approved last July 2, 2013. Praise God!

Sandra helped me with my sworn statement and she gave me tips on what documents to submit. I also have my lawyer who did all the filing and renewal of my EAD.

No RFE, 2 PFs and 2 EADs.

I am now a living testament to God's sustaining grace. All abused husbands like me still have hope.

Hi guys:

I have to say I donot have any law degrees and I donot think I am good at playing with laws. Based on what I see here, average every 4 women got approved, there will be one man got lucky, every one girl down, there will be four more men down, VAWA is for women, that is great, as men, we are lucky to be here, just as family.

Be honestly, everyone has casino experience, we only have one chip in our hands, that is our life, if people want to go all in, then do it, that is your call. I am just saying, VSC is doing their jobs very fast right now, you can see they probably process 1000 cases per month, I donot say they never make mistakes, every living people will make mistakes sometime somewhere, if people think VSC mishandle their case, sure they can fight for their rights. All I know I am in hot water, I know it is better to stay dry and be cool, but it is just easy to say, just as all VAWA prayers' feeling.

How many men are over here, just quite a few. I want to join New York meeting, but I cannot, I have been out of the state for 30 months, just got my only connection with Vawa over this VAWA part2, part3, part4. I am not here to make money, to be a spiritual leader, I am just a normal engineer, I like watch people got approved, that is true feeling, if not lucky, then good luck next time, that is just life, be good all the time.

Choiskop congratulations. I remember your case very well. I reviewed hundreds of affidavits for members of VJ that i can't even remember each one,but yours i remember.I am glad finally you found justice. Usually people send me their affidavits 4,5 pages and i ask at least 100 questions. I ask them to write down again and i review one more time.I add some stuff following the person told me before and then the affidavit turns to 10,12 pages.Sometimes I review 3,4 times, and the person submits just when I am convinced he/she won't get an RFE.These week i reviewed 3 affidavits and i though the affidavits were bad, they had to draft again and again.

Sandra could you please can help me with a question. Do you know any institucion or place that help women with cash money in Richmond, Virginia I a meet a women with a hard situacion she need money for moved the city,she has two children but they are inmigram they does not have social security number. she has a vawa case (phisical, emotional, economic,sexual) soo hard, she need really help. she has also her prima facie, but here in virgina the prima face just work if the person have a social #.

She need to moved to Charlosteville va, now she lives in Richmond .

Finally I found a attorney to do the writ of mandamus , I had a difficult time to find one, because alot of them was giving me the same answer ." its too early for Writ of mandamus" asking me to wait till at least 24 months and its been only 20 months.

I hope this attorney will do a good job and get a decision from VSC.

My lawyer is a good and young women(probono) I am her firts vawa case and now she is litter loose about information for send my I-485, and I need to explain her that I can send a waiver for apply to I-485.

Sandra could you please help me, please let me know what I need to send for apply to my I-485 and what is the waiver that I need to send for apply, because I don not have money.

Sandra help me please what is all document and waiver that I need to send. I need help my lawyer because she is very bussy she has many custody case in the court this months.
