Hi guys,

I have good news: my I-360 just got approved thank GOD.

Thank you for all the wonderful and supportive people here, especially Sandranj and Anajnic.

I have a question dear Sandranj, I have n I-693 with a medical exam done in 2010, so I probably need a new one. Do you know if I have to redo all these immunizations? I don't have much money to redo them...

Also can I file for I-485 first and then do the medical exam later, or do I need to submit both forms I-485 and I-693 at the same time?

Thank you

Congratulations bambi5 God is indeed good thank God!

bambi5 Congrats! Praise the Lord.

Why are you going to submit a new I-485 if you have one pending? you said you submitted a medical exam in 2010 it means you filed form I-485 before then your I-485 is pending.Do not submit a new one, they will send you an RFE to submit a new medical exam,I saw some cases despite the medical was not valid anymore they did not ask a new one.If you had some immunizations done then probably the immunizations are valid as well but the doctor for sure will ask you to do some test.

Thank you Sandraj!

I didn't submit I-485, I just sent the I-360. However back in 2010, I did a medical exam and have a sealed I-693. After this, my ex started giving me a hard time and refused to apply so I never sent it.

I just wonder if I will have to redo the exam and the immunizations.

I am now getting ready to submit I-485.

Thank you

Cielo14 thank you! My caws was approved in August 2012. My case was was transferred to my local office in May 14th. I will make sure I put a timeline so everyone can see when all is done.

Anajnic, don't worry, your turn will come up soon. Keep checking with your attorney, cause you might not be able to see am update on the website, like I didn't see one myself. My attorney sent me an email and let me know. Thank you guys:)

Wow!!!, so it does take about 10 months after approval of I360 for Green card interview... Im not Worried God is faithful. I have my work permit, plus I work form home... Although Newark seems to be 5 to 6 months. Congratulations to you and may God continue to Guide you. Thanks much

Thank you cielo14!

Hi DieuEst+FortKeTou, Felicitations ;-) Can I ask you a question?

Did you file for !-485 at the same time as your I-360 or rather after your I-360 was approved? Merci beaucoup

Bambi5, tous mes documents ont été envoyés dès le début au centre de Vermont. Mon avocat m'avait suggéré de la faire ainsi car c'est plus rapide de la sorte.

Une fois de plus merci
