I just hope the folks who have interview this week comes back and posts. There was once who had interview last week or so and has not said anything. I don't know why!!.I won't mention their name but I pray it worked out

Gm everyone. I'm hoping someone can advise me abt something. I just realised from my i360 approval notice that my case was put in differed action. What does that mean exactly?

I also notice that it saya it will remain there for 15mths. Does that mean that i will not get an interview date for another year? Do all approval notices say that?

Finally, do i need to reapply for my work permit under diferred action or ler it remain aa is under category c9?

i finally can set a countdown timer to my interview. i just got mail that says i have an interview in February. I went to the local infopass and have been told i can have an interview in anytime. this "anytime" made me to wait two more months. and the files is in the local field already 3 months at that time.

now when the countdown timer is in front of me, i suddenly feel it is the most difficult waiting time than ever to me. "dont panic, calm, patient,just relax" i told myself again and again.

i will let you guys know the result in february.

Good luck with your interview. When was ur case approved and transfered to local office? Did u have to renew ur Work permit?

So today I called uscis and asked them about my I 458, the agent transferred me to an officer which told me to call my attorney bc she is not allowed by the law to give me any information ?!

Should I make an info pass ?!?

I'm so worried about my case...

No i didnt renew my EAD, it was under c9 when i applied, and will be expired around march 2014.

I think if you need a new EAD card now,you may under C14 not C9, because your i-360 has been approved.

Ben B, if you have a lawyer, you should ask your lawyer to do these things. let your lawyer call USCIS and to make an appointment with infopass. this is your right.

i dont know about your case, but for personal experiences, most of time infopass dont give too much what you want to know.
