The mail comes at around 2:00-2:30 each day, my wife as never got the mail. My step daughter usually gets the mail after she gets off the school bus at 2:50 from now on I'm going to get the mail.

Dude!!1 I am telling you, DO NOT for any reason have any USCIS mail coming to yur house. I suggest if that s the case DO NOT FILE..You are putting yourself in worse predicament. Its up to you to listen , if you want to ignore and just go about the way you want too!! then theres nothing left to say but wish you well but I'm telling you if you wanna pursue this , GET A MAILBOX

I just checked the prices (near me, but I can't imagine they vary much) for a post office box rental, and it's a little over $4 a month.

I think you have to do a 6 month minimum, and its 30$.60$ for a year

John can you imagine you have to be for 6/12months in your house every single day around 2pm? You.can't predict the future man , one day you have an accident or incident and can't be.at home.at.2pm then you will freak out without knowing if uscis mailed You or not.IT can be any person even living in a different State.

You don't have a single friend to putt their address? You are not going to submit one or two affidavits from friends ? If not then your case is weak already.WIthout police report you have to rely in affidavits to help to support your case.

Here it was showing a three month minimum, but I think the point is it's a trivial cost that someone in John's position should investigate for his own safety.

Saratoga Uscis.can decide between to issue an Rfe or NOID. They are not obligated to send a notice to deny before denying one case.I never heard any case the person got 3 RFE. Getting 2 RFE it means the case is no being handled well by the attorney or by the alien.

Sandranj , I totally agree . I have one of the worst lawyers ever that was assigned to my case . She once told me that even if Vermont approve my case it would not changed anything. That`s one of the reason why it took us so long to reply to the last RFE (May till August) . I almost gave up if it wasn`t for the persistance of the paralegal assisting her on my case . Anyway I hope I will hear good news soon
