Saratoga Uscis.can decide between to issue an Rfe or NOID. They are not obligated to send a notice to deny before denying one case.I never heard any case the person got 3 RFE. Getting 2 RFE it means the case is no being handled well by the attorney or by the alien.

I want to let something very clear here, many people sent me messages, emails and when i asked some questions they vanished. If you need my help then for God sake answer my questions, do not waste my time with your story and asking my help and when I answer questions you guys/girls vanish. My time is precious, if you don't value your time I do value mine! Until you don't value yourself you won't value your time.

I'm sorry some people are acting like idiots sandranj.. But also it might not really be a princess in distress that did the dissapearing acts, its possible its the abusive ex husbands or wives just trying to get info from you to find out if their slaves will be able to get any form of help after they left them..I say this because it even sounds like what a psycho like my ex husband could do! He was like an internet rat anyway so that's why I take anajnic's advice very seriously and keep some infos to myself and not put here on the forum! It might make your ex know its you and that's not safe!! So forgive their ignorance sista and only give your valued time to those of us that needs you. Not those coo coo crazy people that writes 10pages of questions and run_away when you ask them a question they can't answer because they are not the victim!!! Guys don't believe that everyone on this forum are victims, some of them are the abusers lurking around to get infos and know their next line of tactics/approach,..remember vawavictim and his attacking attitudes? Ha!! Be wise..thank you sandranj and everyone for being there to answer genuine questions!! My 1 cent!!

I work with victims of DV since 1989 even before Vawa was enacted,and I can clearly distinguish abusers,scammers and fraudsters, and those people emailing me are victims,but it seems they think I don't have a life besides visa journey.

I really appreciate your time and kindness. I got a pm from you but when I clicked on it the message for some reason had disappeared, the only way I knew you had sent a pm was because it alerted me to my email account where I could read it.

My quest is slow because I don't want my wife to get suspicious to what I'm doing, I tried a few times to get to the library to print out the necessary forms that I need but each time my wife said I'll come with you. I couldn't wait any longer so I told her that I'm getting paper work ready for when Obama allows illegal immigrants a path to citizenship.

I'm still thinking of an excuse of why I need to see a psychologist, this is going to get her suspicious if I don't have a good excuse.

Message for the naysayers before they get started:

The reason why I'm still living with my wife is that her abuse follows patterns. She can be very nice (The woman I fell in love with) and very bad. She is usually very bad around special occasions holidays, birthdays etc. She is not bad around this time of year I think she gets excited that it won't be long before she gets her tax return. But she always treats me like I'm her lacky. If it wasn't for my kids I would have been gone a long time ago. It wouldn't be impossible to put up with her gaslighting and being her lacky until the kids were older then I'd leave but her violent bouts lead me to believe that one day she'll use a weapon against me. I'd write more but my little one wants peanut jelly sandwich.

In my opinion if you think that you can mail order a bride/husband and then instead of treating them like a loving spouse and treating them as your personal lacky then it should be an automatic VAWA case. Using marriage to scam yourself a personal lacky is positively medieval and has no place in the USA or anywhere else.

johnF don't worry i wasn't mentioning about you. DO you have a different address to ask them to mail you? cause you can't get mails from USCIS in your house.

Make sure you delele it the history in your computer every time you use, if you are using in your house. Be careful bringing these papers to your house, imagine if she finds out about form I-360.DO NOT FILE I-485 IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK deportation,because in case of denial of your I360 they will remove you if you have a pending I-485,but without l-485 pending you cant .file for work permit right now. As far I know you are taking care of the kids during the day then wait the decision of your I360 to file for work permit.

Make sure you submit police clearance of all places you lived in the US, and apart draft I letter saying you never were arrested in your home Country or worldwide and you have a good moral character.,plus submit copy of your children birth certificate,marriage certificate, your birth certificate and translation,copy o her birth certificate or of her passport, all bills in name of both, joint bank account statements, lease agreement, jointly tax return.

Get some affidavits from your family and friends stating about your marriage and the abuse of they know about it.Did you write down your affidavit? do not show your affidavit to the psychologist,because many of them are so lazy that they just copy and paste your affidavit in their evaluation ans USCIS does not accept this kind the evaluation at all.

johnF I wasn't clear, sorry about it, I meant to say you should not get mails from USCIS in your house with your crazy wife living there man.Ask any friend to use his/her address, it's too risky getting the mail in your house.

The mail comes at around 2:00-2:30 each day, my wife as never got the mail. My step daughter usually gets the mail after she gets off the school bus at 2:50 from now on I'm going to get the mail.
