So how many time have they sent you RFE ?

only once, I applied in March 2012 and the ending April I was RFE"d.. I sent it back in May Got approved the following year in April,2013

I want to let something very clear here, many people sent me messages, emails and when i asked some questions they vanished. If you need my help then for God sake answer my questions, do not waste my time with your story and asking my help and when I answer questions you guys/girls vanish. My time is precious, if you don't value your time I do value mine! Until you don't value yourself you won't value your time.

You know folks I don't use to get mad , but it makes me upset this thing of people asking my help and when I ask some questions ... puff they vanish.I had one person that sent me 10 pages, and never more i heard about her, but she is still alive,because she is still in the VJ.

I haven't but whose to say it hasn't happened. It better to get 2 RFE than 1 RFE and a denial,so right now it is what it is

I would take another RFE any day over a denial .But people do normally get NOID before actual denial ,right ?

I think so but not sure, don't worry about all that nonsense if your case is good itll get approved.. good,in the sense where the adjudicator don't have to question if you were abused, but can see on supporting documentation the abuse!hopefully Sandranj had the to re-read your stuffs and so forth

I am really amazed at your availability and assistance to drive people in the right direction .Thank you for your advice and guidance although I am of no good to you at all . my i485 has been transfer to local office , would you please let me know how long takes to get interview?

is it possible that interview would be waived in vawa case or not

interview will NOT be waived.. why should it be.. when my case was transferred it took a month

5 maybe 6 days after email of transfer for interview letter,which gave me 1 month for actual interview.when was your case transferred

Thankyou , i got the email the 4th dec, letter mailed out 8th received it 11th, interview the 13th of january… what state ur in
