Yes I asked, I even mentioned that I received email that my case is being transferred to Local office but she said she had no idea and that she doesnt have my file and its still with NBC. Maybe I will setup Infopass again.

I posted this before,but it seems some people didn't read or didn't give a ,and I keep receiving emails to explain why the adjudicator asked court deposition,then here is ...folks if you have a restraining order against you ,not the one you.filed against your spouse,but against YOU please go to the court and ask a certified copy of the deposition and submit with your case,if you didn't submit with l360 then take to the AOS INTERVIEW.,otherwise they will not approve your case until you show them the certified deposition of the restraining order against you.

Always respond to the restraining order filed against you,it doesn't matter where you live or if you don't want to see your spouse again,find a pro bono lawyer to help you with the restraining order case.

Lol,thanks Charles, I say so because i know for a fact i was not appreciated to the point where i was inboxed with the said statement that some Vawa filers did not like me. Folks ddnt know me but ddnt like me which is and was fine. My journey here is done , and 3years God willing I file citizenship. Glory to God. I hope soon enough people will realize that if their heart is not in a right place, it can be a major hurdle for blessings.. Hows your case doing so far Sir charles?

Girl!!! I literaly scream yay!! Each time I get alert and read your post since interview..the excitments in your post just cheer me up so well and then I keep saying "soon I'm going to testify just like anajnic"!! Nooooo one should be upset. We all deserve freedom after all of that crazy stress we went through in the hands of a crazy Ex &months of waiting for green card..so keep posting hun haha

Congrats..i am so happy for u..i hope all people in this forum be successful in their journeys.Can I ask u how long it took ur file in NBC to be transferred to local office and how many months from local office till interview ?

My file was transferred to NBC August 7th . Decemebr 4th I recieved email stating it was transferred to local office. December 8th I received email stating they have mailed a letter out for interview , date january 13. January 13 I had interview, got approved , received Greencard in hand today January 21st
