Hi everyone. My name is Anastasia. I've been on this thread for a while now. Thanks everyone, all the provided info was extremely helpful. Separate thank you to Sandranj, God bless you.

I have a question, I filed I-360 and I-485 last year January 2013. Receipt dates February 8, 2013. Got EAD February 25, 2013. Got Prima Facie on March, 2013. Since then nothing. Do I have to worry? Processing time for I-360 now is 6 month. It's been almost 12 months. Do I have to schedule an infopass? Would appreciate everyone's input, especially Sandranj's:) thanks everyone again.

Scheduling an Infopass likely won't get you anywhere since your I-360 has yet to be approved.

Contacting one of your congressional representatives to enquire about your case status is probably the way to go at this point.

Thats so discouraging considering the fact that she has an info pass appt in a few where as the congressman takes months…. Atleast some sort of comfort she can get out of this with the mere attempt.

A congressman does not take "months", I'm not sure where you're getting that. If the I-360 has not been approved then that means it's still at VSC, and as such there will be nothing that a USCIS officer at a local office will be able to do, other than to say "contact VSC".

It takes a while my dear. My application was done Dec 2012 - i360, i765 and i485. I got 2 prima facies and my work permit in a short period of time (work permit Jan 2013 and one prim facie, other prima facie in June 2013). Didnt hear back from them until Aug. 2013 when they RFE. I responded in Oct. 2013. No other response or notification from them until yesterday when they approved my i360.

I called spoke to tier 2 supervisor and sent erequest but that didnt do anything. My attorney sent them an email on wednesday ans they sais they would respond in 48hrs. I dnt kno if that is what helped. Now i am in line again, waiting to hear abt my ead renewal and i485 which is pending.

Nothing is wrong and i know its hard not to worry and or obsess but thats not gna help. Give them a lil time. It'll come. Try to keep ur mind occupied in the meantime. Are you able to work (dnt remember if u had mentioned working)

Thanks my dear. I'm not sure what email address she used. The only fight some of these attorneys fight is to get money. You have to be on them constantly for them to be on top of ur case. Listen to Sandra and other victims who have already been thru it. They will steer u in the right direction.
