You are right indeed Sandra, a high priced lawyer and big name dnt mean anything if ur case handler is inexperienced. It must be that she is inexperienced as i cannot comprehend her level of thinking. I thank God for the day i came accross this forum and more so, i thank God for the day i reached out to you. What's the next step and how long for an interview date (justvsn approxiate time frame if anyone knows).

The next step is your case will be transferred . that can take from2 month to 8 months to interview and green card. Meaning ,like with my case. I got approved May, my case was transferred July 29th to NBC, then December 4 it was transferred to local office, december 9th i got letter for interview for January 13. Everyone is not the same but it literally takes between 2 months to 8 months.I saw a girl here where she got approved August and allegedly had green card in hand October she stated

Card/ Document Production

On January 17, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

Anajnic, youR card is actually on its way to you as we speak yayyy wow.. When I read you guys stories like this I'm so filled with emotions cos I know how far you've come..I'm not very farmiliar with a few people but I can relate cos I loove success stories haha. I couldn't agree morre with sandranj being an angel in disguise..how else can one explain how she gives us such professional help, answer every questions shhe is asked and never get angry or charge any fee? (Only an angel acts that way)..so God bless you Lady and I'm now continuing on this journey with boldness cos I keep telling myself."With God I will make it,and if I'm stucked sandranj will be happy to help me when I ask lol" this forum has been a blessing!! Girl!!! I'm so hoping I'll make it! I spent my christmas and new_year in Manhattan NY and I kept saying gosh I wish the meet up would be right now haha.. But I'm planning to be there on 1st if everything goes as planned.. I'll keep you posted...
