I want to inform here I don't take phone calls after 9pm (EST) time. I am available from 7pm to 9pm (Mon/Friday) I receive hundreds of phone calls per month, people calling 11pm, 12,am because of that I turn off my phone every night at 9pm ok.

Thats is so disrespectful, why would anyone even think that its ok to do that.. Im pisseddddd!!!!!! So insensitive and selfish

I'm off to the library tomorrow to print off the forms and I already did how we we met and fell in love document 4 years ago. Got to start writing about the abuse now.

Don't forget you have to go to a psychologist no ways around it

JohnF if I were you, I'd be going to a psychologist first and not print out forms.. Forms is the least important right now. You should be drafting your affidavit on abuse while simultaneously seeing a psychologist for evaluations. Just my two cents!

My work permit/AP it would expire soon. How do I renew that? My attorney charges for that, can I do it by my self? Does anyone know?

You can do it yourself, option c31 with approved vawa and c9 with pending. its 1 page and very easy, can't believe you had to pay for that. these attys are crazy… I assume advance payroll is the same.. its free with pending aos

Yes I did, two times with no problems...

I was wandering about the adress bc uscis is using my lawyers andres. Should I just use mine?

I would just use mines, before she receives it and charges yu for collecting it..lolol. but seriously if she has been doing it all the time and it goes to her i think it may be difficult to just up and use your address.I could be wrong.Lets pray for interview so you don't have to go through this.Call and find out

You can do it on your own but it will be mailed to you lawyer. They always mail to the address that is on file even though u ask it to be mailed to you. When I had to renew prima facie I did it on my own but they mailed it to his address. Hopefully we all get interveiw soon.

Uscis will never mail anything to you. All correspondence goes to your attorney. Except you let them know that your attorney will no longer be representing you..even while I made e-request, emails etc on my case they never sent anything to me rather it went to my attorney and she won't even tell me that uscis sent her any correspodence about the inquiries I made on my behalf. She was trying to just sit down and take all the glory as if she worked and made them responded smh..but I always tell it in her face that I did the work not her.
