OOPS!! The adjudicator asked me about my 2 first names and why I have 2 first names.. Thank God it was listed as 2 first names on my Birthpaper instead of first and middle.I say this because I use one of my names more than the other and with my I360 and AOS it was listed as One name . With i765 it was listed with the other name. nevertheless .I explained to him why ( my mother gave me a swiss name for a black girl which is the first of the 2 first names). He said ok..and that was that

I was basing my time frame with yours because urs got transfer a month before mines but my 4 th month transfer is long gone now .. So hopefully soon.. My work permit expires next month I already renew it Let see how long it takes

Hey everyone...it has been years already since I first joined this forum...it is so unfortunate that I am still dealing with this. So I applied in May 2011 for VAWA with i485 I had an RFE in october 2012 because of my "lovely" lawyer. In July 2013 my vawa was approved and apprebtly moved to NBC in august 2013, I checked online and it says that my process on 11.05 2013 is in the local office. I have a congressman helping me but still everything is super slow with me..any words of wisdom? what should i hope for next and how long? I really hope that I have my green card soon in the next 3 months. =( it has been way too long.

maryhoney 87 set up appt infopass and ask to speak with the officer handling your case,they May say you can't talk to him/her, just say you can and you want ,and ask what's going on with your case.

I want to inform here I don't take phone calls after 9pm (EST) time. I am available from 7pm to 9pm (Mon/Friday) I receive hundreds of phone calls per month, people calling 11pm, 12,am because of that I turn off my phone every night at 9pm ok.
