congratulations i told you you next month too i have questions did they ask you fo medical because me they send me just the interview letter and other question is ur i485 change status online to testing and interviewing because me still the same intial review

Godisgreat I saw 2 girls that Uscis didn't ask to renew form I-693, then it's up to you, they may ask you or not.I would wait them to ask.

But what about this "I did the same way as Anajnic did and you mentioned,the lady over the phone said she was an immigration officer and in no case they give out information for aos case based on vawa.The only way is to have an attorney call and send a written letter" Does asking them speeds up the process?

And also I never had finger prints done except for my earlier marriage based 130 but my spouse later withdrew the case.

Ill get the letter soon this week but the email only gave me the date no request for meds but I'm taking care of meds this week God willing .Thank God for blessing my brother who is able to bless me with the money to do it. God showed up and showed out ya heard!!!

yes thanks god for everything i wish just all that over and get my divorce and my green card and start to breathe i want this nightmare over of my life ever am sure they will live with me all the damage for whole my live I dont know if I will trust any men again in my life but i dont care what i care about is my mom my family who get abuse too when they dont see them for more than 3 years, keep a faith and remember god is good.

just dont forget take with u 2 passport pic that my lawyer she said

O ok. Ddnt know about the pics. Ill get it as well hopefully I remember . Yes. I wanna remain by myself I don't know how long ,but I know I'm good as is. I won't even pray for God to send me one. I'm good . Celibate and saved through the blood of Jesus . Rohy our new journey is upon is. Excited

hi im planning on sending my papers to uscis soon. im still married, but what happens if i get a divorce? last time i talked to my husband i told him that if he wants a divorce he can send papers to my friends and i will sign them. my husband is citizen.

MeEe you can divorce,but you file for divorce,not him.Immigration does not matter if you are still married when attending interview,but I had 3cases they gave hard time because the US Citizens filed for divorce not the victims,all cases still pending decision after the interview(4/7months). FInd a pro bono lawyer and file for divorce if you want.Those girls when asked my help were divorced already .I always advise You the alien should file for divorce,not your husband.There is no provision in the law regarding that but they tend to believe the abused person files for divorce,not the abuser,since you won't have an amicable divorce with your abuser right.

I was thinking last night that it took 22 months from first filing Vawa in march 2012 to interview in January 2014. About 2 years it took/takes
