Seeing you was the best thing to come out from this situation, so grateful for all of you love love love the conversation and he warmth on a cold day. Hi everybody,I am desperate and need help.i file for vawa 8 months ago and my statue say"Request for Evidence Response Review".my husband is a green card holder.the woman center has been paying my rent and next month is the last time they can do soo.is there any way I can apply for a work permit.any help will appreciate.thanks

I have a great problem ...My green card was applied on August 2013 and my case was transferred to NBC since October 2013 and till now my case was not transferred to local office.What can I do?

I know ur anxious but its only December,you may have to wait a couple more months.Again , there is noting you can do to speed up processing especially when its within processing time

Thank you for your reply.I believe Sandranj said recently that the wait time should not be more than 45 days especially if it is in NBC.So now it is more than 60 days so how to fix that?

Well, from my experience , my wait time was 4 months at NBC.There is no fixing really but to call USCIS.I just got it transferred 4 days shy of 4 months

hi i beleive you have to wait more couple months my case was approved on 6/26 and my case transfer to NBC on 7/31 and i just receive the interview letter last week for next month just be patient soon u will get ur interview soon
