Are you serios???? No wayyyyy!!!.girl write letter and or send email TADAYYYYYYYY!!!!!.. Visit that attorney immediately and speak to him/her sternly. Ridiculous. Your attorney CAN get more info than you.. What in the world!!!!!!. I am going to pray for you too.YOU WILL GET THAT APPROVAL IN THE NAME OF JESUS. Girl i just got upset especially when i see folks being approved in 3 months. Call your attorney or go visit them...

I know!! I at one time felt like God doesn't answer prayers anymore when I saw that people were being approved in 3months!!! Sandra had even advised me to drop her after approval and I sure will, just waiting on the approval to finally happen! Thanks- I need the prayers. They have a number for attorneys and she just wouldn't call. I pay her each time I have to get a prima facie extension so I won't be surprised if she asks for money to call uscis and inquire! So much for an attorney huh. I will mail out a letter on monday! Since the e request wasn't fruitful. But I sent an email to that email address sandra gave after her meeting with some vawa officers.(I sent it on thursday). Should I still write the letter and mail in btw?

I will do what ever is necessary at this point, if i were you. You can do your own Prima Facie, you don't need her for that.I pray you won't be needing another one at all but that you will be approved soon.Dont give up on God , its always his time and I feel in my spirit that you will get the approval soon God willing. It is frustrating, been there but it will work out soon

I just paid her for another prima facie nov 13th, she applied for it 3days later smh but uscis is yet to even send in the PF she claims it takes 90days to get an extension, and that maybe uscis are kinda waiting to send the approval rather than send another PF thus the long time its taking. Gosh I just can't wait to drop this woman! Most inactive lawyer I've EVER seen in my life. I didn't know I could get a PF on my own if I already have a Rep? I thougt everything must go through the rep else uscis won't respond! They never respond on time anyway. Girl thanks for ur response though :)

I know right? Really nice. I will be back in NY after christmas but just for a visit I wish this was right around that time.it would really have made my day to be a part of the meet up lolol but you guys have fun and do a group prayer for those of us on here

Hi hunnibunni!!!. I just felt it in my spirit to contact them.Today makes it 4 months since the transfer. Anyway. i called and ask to speak to a tier 2 supervisor. it would ave been a 2 for wait on the phone , so i took the option of having them call me back. they called ma back exactly 2 hours later thereabouts. She said she can't give me info but to send a request. I politely said " thank you, have a great week , enjoy the holidays" Next day I got the email.I think calling after having NOT calling causes them to look at your paperwork. A supervisor I believe actually looks at your docs unlike just the customer service. Call them, how long have you been waiting?

Oh!!!! I have been waiting after transfer for more than 4 months now.What number did you call and how to specifically request for a tier 2 supervisor? Are they open on weekends ,do you know? I appreciate your help.

Do you or Sandranj suggest me to do the same?Did you receive an update email for interview or for any rfe?

godsgreat23 Call USCIS and ask to speak to a tier 2, as soon you call just say i have a Vawa case i need t speak to a tier 2, then they will transfer, because the first person who answer the phone cannot give information .I would set up an appointment and go to infopass to inquire as well.

OOOOMMGEEEE!!!! It was an honor and pleasure to meet up with Sandranj ,Faithkeeper ,Marlou and my 2 new friends i made today..Simply amazing.It was one of the best few hours I have spent in a longgggg timeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

I enjoyed the meet up. We had a blast.Thanks for the presence Marlou,faithkeeper,anajnic and the two others that I don't remember the nicknames.

I too had a really nice time so great to meet some strong strong women and man :~) we may not feel like it at times but we are strong to have endured what we did and still stand and smile we all have a story to tell of our journey, and encourage each other along the way!! so great meeting sandranj again, anajnic, marlou and the other two vj members (sorry cant remember your nicknames) I do hope we can do it again soon and maybe meet some more of the journey members!!!!!
