Thanks for the info I just want to be prepare I'm very meticulous about things and I get very anxious

I understand, but soo much can happen in between . Anyday now you can get an interview date for AOS may not even need it. So chill, breathe and most importantly pray.

Hi hunnibunni!!!. I just felt it in my spirit to contact them.Today makes it 4 months since the transfer. Anyway. i called and ask to speak to a tier 2 supervisor. it would ave been a 2 for wait on the phone , so i took the option of having them call me back. they called ma back exactly 2 hours later thereabouts. She said she can't give me info but to send a request. I politely said " thank you, have a great week , enjoy the holidays" Next day I got the email.I think calling after having NOT calling causes them to look at your paperwork. A supervisor I believe actually looks at your docs unlike just the customer service. Call them, how long have you been waiting?

@ anajnic, you know I did so too on Tuesday, they called back after 45mins and the tier 2 officer insisted he can't give out any info abt vawa cases cos its too sensitive and I should write in. Or ask my rEpresentative(lawyer)to contact them.that woman is only worried about her money so she doesn't believe in calling but to wait even if its 20months.

Question is: do you think if I write the they will respond to me? I already did an e request 1mnth ago yet no word from them yet and my "attorney" keep saying "we just have to wait till whenever they get back to us" :(

Your attorney should push harder. Is your Vawa approved yet or are you waiting on AOS.USCIS is funny, sometimes things work or you speak to a tier 2 supervisor who is in a good mood, who despite not saying anything does something to move your file along. this is what I believe. For me, I have no time to send email and letters and all that. You also have an attorney, therefore he/she should be on this like white on rice
