Hi Everyone,

Just checked my case, it got approved. like i said they got my RFs on May 3rd 2013, and they approved my case today.

Praise be to God congrats nothingicando!!!!

Congrats Nothingicando.

I hope others get their approvals soon especially those waiting for over an year.

Any idea how long will it take to get my EAD now. My Attorney should be receiving approval notice in next 1-2 days and they have all the papers ready to file I-765 and I-485 depending on what USCIS instruct them to do. My ex was LPR when I filed the case but became citizen afterwards.

I dont know if they will touch my I-485 or not. i have a pending i-485 that i applied before i-360. and I think my i-485 should be still in the local office

now. Because i went to the interview for i-485 by myself without my husband last year and told them hold my i-485 until i-360 approved. right now

i dont have any idea what will be the next step that i should to do.
