Congratulations am so happy for you i still waiting 115 days nothing change i went to infopass and he said i have just to wait i dont understand this people without EAD HOW WE CAN SURVIVE I wish all the best

Casper I reviewed you case.I fixed ,and now just a few things missing in your case and maybe in 3weeks you can submit your case.Man you need psychological evaluation not psychiatric evaluation lol

I just filed i 360 and it has been approved , my husband is permanent resident

when can I file i 485 ? does it depend on receipt day of i 360 or anything else

or i can file i 485 immediately

You can file when the priority date of your I-360 becomes current, under the F2A category.

Given that your priority date is probably before September 2013 then you would be able to file immediately.

The priority date should be listed on the NOA for your I-360. It will probably be either the same day as your received date or within one day of it.
