Sandra:

You're doing what many so called BIG Lawyers (actually its better to call them 'LIARS' ) are not doing even after charging huge fee's. Their ultimate goal is to add more & more hours based on what they can rob money from innocent people. Even if he is sneezing while working on your case, he'll charge time for that lol !

I understand they need fee to work its their profession but atleast after getting money they need to put their 100%. Or they need to say no to case about what they don't have any experience(that's what happened to most of the VAWA victims as most of the LIARS don't have any experience on that)

You're really helping the people who're in real need.

GOD definitely will bless you with whatever you want !!!!

May you get all the happiness !!

BTW, I need to finish my case before 2020 lol !!

Back&Brighter, great points! :)

Sandra, I am among those people you helped after receiving RFE, I have say this but once again, I doubt I was able to make my point without your guidance, in my case I lack education and sometimes common sense, that leads me to not express well, or well enough to make my point clear. I wish I had the words to express my gratitude to you... Thank you for also teaching us by the example, I am learning from you to be more humble and the meaning of the word compassionate. I am sure you are one of those people chosen by God and life to come and teach us about love and peace to all the ones which souls are not mature enough yet... May God keep Blessing Your Heart

Hi all,

Its been a good 10 months since I last post on here. All I can say, is when I was at the lowest point, and was struggling and overwhelmed with the idea of VAWA, Sandra was always the first to message me to offer help and advice, and for that I couldn't be more thankful. It has taken me all these months to get to my feet enough to finally be a point where I can file my VAWA, so this now has all of my attention. I have a few questions that i will be asking over the next few days, so I just wanted to apologise in advance for jumping in at any point.

I hope everyone is doing well and is staying safe, and everyones cases are progressing quickly and hopefully towards approvals!

Thanks for the rapid answer.I worked without EAD for 1 year after my I-485 was denied with my abuser and after I applied for VAWA , paid taxes and answered the question of where I work in the application that I am working and previously worked for AOS.Will my green card be denied?what if I asked about that in the interview?are there any other reasons the officer can deny my green card application in the interview so I can prepare myself?

citragilr sorry my dear but today I had a busy day I had to review 4 Vawa cases ( VJ members) .It's 8.20pm and I am reviewing affidavits cases since 9am. You have applied already to get a new EAD using the right category right? Then just send back the wrong one and explain why.
