so my VAWA was approved in July.

went to my AOS interview the last week of October. The longest 1.5 hours of my life. Great thing my lawyer was with me.

they did not require me to have Biometrics and medicaL taken again, even if mine were taken in May 2012.

green card delivered on November 14!

best Christmas gift!!! Sandranj, you are God-sent to all of us. I wish i could do what you have done to so many here.

Do not lose hope. God answers our prayers.

Choiskoph I remember reviewing your case.Glory to God.Just to finish the year with some numbers, between 2012 and 2013 I drafted and reviewed 186 vawa cases(visa journey members) 33 cases of l751 waiver based in extreme cruelty, and answered 43 RFE.ALL cases from 2012 were approved, some 2013 vawa cases were approved and some cases are still pending. The cases I started I didn't get any RFE.I never charged one single dollar for any case.SOme cases they were from visa journey members friends as well.I draft or review the cases at night, weekends, when flying etc. It's overwhelming sometimes to be honest.I don't have time to myself anymore, but I know I am doing what GOd told me to do,to help those in need. I made great friends here,I talk to some of them every single day.I was the bridesmaid of 3 girls that I helped here, they got married after getting the green card.I attended 5 more weddings and I became the God mother of two little boys. All visa journey members.Sorry I am using my phone and probably misspelled some words.

Nicely Congratulations. You have to submit form I485,I864W,G325A,I693,I765,if you can't afford to pay Uscis fees submit form I912,and to receive updates of your case submit GG1145,plus copy of your approval and documents showing bona fide marriage. You have to submit to Vermont. It seems you never had medical exam done then you gave to do now and submit along with your I485,if you were arrested or had a restraining order against you het certified copy of the Court deposition as well .
