Sandra, thank u again bec u cleared my mind from the inaccurate data i got from ex-lawyer in order to squeeze me for money after giving me unreal dream info..Now when i apply to a job or open account in the bank or try to get health insurance paid out of pocket (as per obamacare) or any other place they ask this question are u permanent resident?if not what is your status and what visa you have now?so what should be my reply?

I doubt you can apply for Affordable care act (aka Obamacare), you need to have greencard for it.

So just wait.

And do not ask anyone anywhere "can I have these public benefits who I was suppose to receive when i had only prima facia compensated to me now in order to pay my debts accumulated through these 2 years? " - that just sounds really bad as if you want to take advantage of the system

There is no "suppose to receive", there is only could have received if approved and if you applied. You did not, therefore it's too late.

If they were married to a US citizen it's three years; if they were married to a green card holder it's five.

Sandranj, that was so helpful.Thank you for highlighting this.My old interview with my ex was suppose to take place November 2011 but before the interview she made domestic violence against me and i called the police and court and she did not attend the interview to make my life more harder. So do you think I deserve earlier interview than others especially in the new green card application they did not collect fees saying that it was previously collected? One of the members in this forum had advised me to send email to congress man of the city or use the help of some free legal service charity organizations so they can contact immigration to get interview quicker.can this help?If not, what can help?
