Jessy L infopass will not help your sister case at all.First cause they are not allowed to discuss l360 with anyone, not even with your sister, second vawa unit ships all files to the local office or NBC without the alien requiring that.If your sister in in San Diego vawa unit is taking 5months to transfers to the local office.

Vawa victim you must attend the adjustment of status interview.Your vawa was approved not your adjustment of status. When you attend interview the adjudicator will tell if he/she approves or not your AOS,or if they need more documents. You must wait.

Vawa you must wait like everyone else. You have not been approved for a green card therefore you cannot obtain a greencard stamp. You must wait until the process is completed to determine if you will receive a green card. You don't just get to jump to the head of the line because you keep complaining. You currently are not nor have you ever been a US resident. So why do you think you can just go to the local office and get a stamp saying you are a resident. Why do you think you can get a green card saying you have been a resident for two years prior to when you were?

Chill out and wait like everyone else.

If you want to work take your EAD to the SS office and get a social security card. Apply for a job. Other than that you MUST WAIT YOUR TURN.

Everyone should stop respond to him. Vawavictim... Totally annoying and rediculous . He just won't get it or don't want to.

Bestgirl, I assume it might be a stamp, back in the days they would stamp the visas on the passport, I got one as child, then they changed to the modern laser cards, I am talking about tourist and border visas. I also have some friends that when they received their gc, not thru vawa means, they were given a temporary card but you wouldn't believe it looked so simple like a piece of thick construction paper with their picture :D. They could reenter the country with that while they received their gc thru mail.

Citragirl,thanks-for your explanation.just haven't heard of it. I guess that's what replaces ead. Cos the ead I got in 2011 from my first AOS, it was with advance parole which allows you travel out and reenters the country.
