Case transferred to NBC. Anybody knows why the file is transferred from local office to NBC and what is the processing time for case to be sent to local office ?

Cielo, when you went to the biometrics did your letter indicated i-765 and i-485???

I don't know about you, but it might be the root to my problem, my letter only indicates i-485. I should have called to ask them earlier. I called today and the officer who helped me said was going to request for biometrics for i-765. check your letter and call them. Good luck, hope things run faster for us

I have applied in October .23.2012

N got rfe and on oct.22.2013 they recieved my response .n now decision is left.do you know how much time it takes for decision .i am confused and scared because I was looking status of the time for vawa they where saying its 10.9 months.please help

Now I have 3 months and not have any news about my ead but yesterday my case was moved to my local office.

Citragirl thank mi friend,my biometrics just was for my I 485 please let me know what i can do. I know some people that have ead whitout finger printe

Cielo, so far I called yesterday and biometrics were going to be requested again for what I was told.

But call them, remember Sandra advised us to call, but I had misplaced my receipts because of the move. I also updated my address yesterday. She took it over the phone but told me I still had to do it online in order to abide by the law.
