Ok so I was looking on there and it looks sorta easy to fill out but my parents computer won't let me download the instructions on how to fill it out. The category that I'm suppose to put is c14 according on what the website says. But on the question that ask which USCIS office? What do I put there? And the one that says current immigration status? Thanks for helping me you guys. Oh one more question? Why do I need 5 copies? Do I send them all in?

Faithkeeper still hanging in here. I went to info pass again today hoping to find out something new - if there were any touches on my case or something. The lady did not provide any info, just said that it's within processing times. I told her that last time I was there they told me that my case was assigned to an officer on May 29. She told me that at that time it might show that it was assigned but now she cannot see anything. So I am kind of disappointed with today's appointment. Also, I checked status on line and it jumped from 13 months to 14 sad.png

Really she cant see anything well sis lets just leave it in Gods hands lank im praying for you God is good your approval is near.

cc1988 there is no USCIS fee to renew work permit, tell your lawyer to read form I-765 INSTRUCTIONS.

Yes you can file form I-765 by yourself.

Last year when I renewed it she didn't charge me the 500 lawyer fees. But I did make a money order to homeland security. For the amount of 380. But this year she is trying to charge me 500 on top of the 380 for the homeland security. Sandra on one my past post you had told me that sense I'm approved I have to file for the I765 under category c14 is that correct?

cc1988 you can file form I-765 using category C 14 f your vawa was approved with deferred action and C 31 without deferred action, but if you have a pending I-485 then use category C 9.

Read page 6 "REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION"
