Nicesky if you don't want to continue your case with your lawyer, just tell him that he will not represent you anymore, and ask him to give you a letter stating he does not represent you anymore, then send his letter to Vawa Unit. If you want to file I-485, then fill out forms G325A,I-864W,G1125 and I-912 as well, and you have to submit your medical exam(I-693),if you want that I review your forms please send me a message and I will contact you.

I mean , my attorney filed i360 for me recently

he wants to charge me again for anything else he might need to do such as aos , ead

but I dont know what should I do to fire him

I see that lot of times. people get into some mean contract with the attorneys and after that they have to pay attorney even when they know attorney is doing nothing for their case.

Specially when they're working hourly...

How to handle such situation?

Hi Meallalone, I'm not sure how it works when one files for naturalization after vawa. I just filed similar evidence as removal of conditions. Such as joint taxes, Life insurance policies, driver license with same address, our daughters birth certificate. I can't think of the rest atm.

I see you also posted in the Naturalization Forum hopefully someone will give more advice soon.

Rohy I saw many ####### private lawyers and great pro bono lawyers. It's not because he provides free legal service he is bad, your attorney is bad because he doesn't know the Law. If you do not feel comfortable with his representation, then remove him from your case and attend the interview alone.

thax sandra for your reply i feel better now that what i will do i will remove him from my case good luck for every ones

Guys, could you please share your timeline after I360 was approved. I filed I360 and I485 concurrently. My I360 was approved in July, and I haven't heard from them since then. Also, how do I know if my case was transfered to the local office? I didn't receive any notification about it.

Thank you very much!

The timeline for adjudication of an I-485 based on an approved VAWA I-360 varies according to how busy the local office is that has jurisdiction over your place of residence.
