Here in Virginia something is crazy!

two social services office in different city but the same state( virginia)

Office #1. They need for give benefits to violence Domestic women:

a socia services number (obligatory),

a valid prima facie or the I-360 approved.

office #2. They need a social security number is necessary (obligatory),

a valid prima faice in this officed the I-360 is not good (it not working for give benefits)

what do you thing about that?, because we have in the sheltter 3 women that they moved to my city because here the social services give beneficts with the I-360 approved whitout prima facie.

Sandra, my I-485 was transfered to NBC a couple days ago and they already mailed me an RFE. Im still waiting to see what they are asking for. But when I tried to check online processing times at NBC it doesnt list that they adjudicate I-485

Faithkeeper still hanging in here. I went to info pass again today hoping to find out something new - if there were any touches on my case or something. The lady did not provide any info, just said that it's within processing times. I told her that last time I was there they told me that my case was assigned to an officer on May 29. She told me that at that time it might show that it was assigned but now she cannot see anything. So I am kind of disappointed with today's appointment. Also, I checked status on line and it jumped from 13 months to 14

I need help I need to renew my workers permit my lawyer is telling me it'll be 500 for her fees and 380 for the government fees which I understand. What I'm wondering is that is there any way I can do it by my self? I don't have 880 dollars an it has to be renewed by August! I don't know what to do.... Any suggestions?

Girl< i ddnt pay a dollar and you dont have to either especially if you fill c9 on the Application...

well my vawa was approved so I guess I have to apply with c14 now. It's so much money and I asked them if tere was any way I could do it my self and all the secretary said was you ca try but if anything goes wrong we can't help you!

My renewal was right before the approval, the application however is very easy to complete.I did it myself twice, hunnibooboo, believe me you can fill that out, send in a copy of your approval, copy of old work permit, receipt and whatever else they ask for and mail the stuff off.If you have to paynall you will be paying is the 380 not 500$.. Girl, operate from a spirit of boldness in christ ,fill that paper out, pray and send it in.I got mine in like 20 days.You will get yours too

Cc1988 Download instructions for I-765 and read it carefully - as for me, I need to reread it a couple of times. I-765 is not a difficult application to fill out on your own. It's one page - put check where is says that you're applying to renew your work permit. If you received a differed action and your previous permit was issued under c(14) then put c14, it it was issued based on pending adjustment of status - put c9. Make sure you submit all the required documents that are listed in the instructions with your application. That's it, you're done! $500 saved

3 Copy of the later you got when you received old work permit

4 2 passport size pictures

5 Completed I765 ( make a copy if it)

Write a narrative stating " Attach please find request for renewal of EAD with supporting documents. List the documents and send it in.. hopefully Im not missing anything.Boom!!!! yuh done

Guys! I was just looking at instructions for the form I-765 when I tried to help Cc1988. I remember there was option c(31) which is employment authorization based on approved vawa and now I don't see it. Am I blind? I looked through instructions a couple of times. It disappeared for some reason.
