I tried to contact USCIS and received this message:

"The Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services for the Department of Homeland Security will be closed starting October 1, 2013. Due to the current federal funding hiatus, we will not be able to return emails or telephone calls until we return to duty upon conclusion of the funding hiatus. Thank you."

anajnic Uscis will continue workingm but keep in mind that some delay is expected once USCIS have some furloughed staff and work with other agencies as well , the system E-verify will not work. The shutdown will not affect AOS interview ok.

Thanks Sandranj

I saw few people filed all together I-360, I-485 & I-765 and got EAD.

Most of them had pending I-485.

Wondering if anybody DIDN'T have pending I-485 before filing VAWA package( I-360, I-485 & I-765 all together) ??

If there was no I-485 filed earlier, can we file I-360, I-485 & I-765 all together ?

Pls help !

Back&Brighter YOU cannot file I-485 along with I-360 and I-765 now and keep it with the BIA your previous I-485 pending like you want, your case is different from most of people here, you have an appeal pending. If you want to file I-360 then your lawyer has to deal with your pending appeal first, once the appeal in canceled then submit all forms you want ok.
