Prima Facie is the "In the meantime document " given pending approval or denial of your i360. Once its approved yheres no need for Prima Facie .Its almost like having A Greencard with with a work permit

Does anyone know that if someone call immigration office and find out if i have pending 485 regarless VAWA case? I filed concerrently and i'm scared if my famliy in law will find out about it. I know Vawa cases are confidential but will my 485 that is connected to VAWA case be confidential as well?

the only thing that had not updated , is the I485, Its still at initial review despite having done biometrics and all that good stuff, but i just gor approved about 6 weeks now so I think anyday now i should hear something

Anajnic when my lawyer submitted my paperwork he sent in all three forms. how can you check your I485 status is that another receipt number?

Every living person on this forum with an approved VAWA is getting their Greencards In the name Of Jesus.. Trusts me. That is felt in my spirit a while ago.Its only patience right now but rejoice because it is well and good.Now breathe , relax and live. It is done

my priority date is june 2 2012, maybe for bolletin visa september 2013 mi pririty date will be ready

Kittykitty1234 uscis won't give any information about your AOS even if you call them without your case number they won't give you information either.The individual calling must the petitioner or the representative and must have the case number.
