Hey everyone! I'll be filing for removal of conditions end of this month. Thing is I just moved to a different state two weeks ago. So, the address USCIS has on file (from my Adjustment of Status) is now incorrect. My question is: 1) do I need to file a Change of Address form separately before filing the ROC or 2) do I do it in tandem or 3) do I not need to file a Change of Address at all and just proceed with ROC which will reflect my new address?

File the papers with your new address on them. File the change of address forms. Include a copy of the change of address stuff with your package. That way all bases are covered since a green card holder must file a change of address by law.

Options 1 is fine, 2 is less so. Not 3! You cannot submit a form with a new address and have it treated as a change of address. Remember you must file a COA within 10 days of moving. I would change it now even though I would prefer to mail everything simultaneously.

Thanks for the super fast replies! I didn't realize how simple it is to file change of address with the E-Filing option now. So, thanks to your quick replies, I've already filed my Change of Address.

Wish me luck on my Removal of Conditions journey. May it be a quick and painless journey :)
