hi to everyone,

submitted I-751 last Oct 25,2006 here in service center cali,

after a week and 1/2 received first letter indicating greencard extended for a yr.

then 3 days ago received appt. for biometrics for Nov.30

whats next after that?

do I have to wait for another letter?

thanks in advance...

just need to have an idea on whats the flow of this process....

Embassy Receive From NVC-April 30,2004

Packet Recieved- June 12, 2004

Medical Date- July 27,2004

Interview Date- Aug 13,2004

arrived in US- September 7,2004 applied for SSN- September 21,2004

received SSN- September 25.2004

got married-September 25,2004

There is only one letter you want to get: approval of lifting of conditions. That is taking around six months at some service centers--I've not looked at California. Another possibility is a RFE. But you don't want that. Finally, you could be called for an interview. Not too likely!
