you can marry any seen in the United States, I do not understand why people who are suffering a lot by waiting K1 guide others to suffer the same, only applies k1 those who have no other option, in my case for example I am suffering far from my boyfriend, and I see Brazilians in the community houstoun all married people with tourist visa. I was doing a search and saw that yes, you can marry tourist visa, just take care to marry 60-day stay in the country, taking proper care you can do so. Is not fraud. And it is clear that a person will not take a dress in the suitcase, buy in usa is much cheaper, read and search all information is better.

Actually it is fraud if you enter the country intending to marry on a tourist visa and then stay.

If you entered the country just for a holiday, then met someone and decided to marry and adjust status that is not fraud. (in the article you linked the person had not even met their spouse when they entered the country)

Lots of people on here do the K1 or CR1 visa because it is the right way to do it when you have plans to marry and emigrate to the US. Lots of us had the option of arriving on tourist visas or the VWP and marrying and staying if we had wanted to 'cheat' the system.

You'll get some people on here tell you there is little risk to getting round the waiting times this way, but why would you take any risk with the welfare of your life partner?

And of course you'll see people who do it that way - you can see people break lots of laws all the time and get away with it. does that make it right?
