Hello guys,

I had received an RFE not answering one of the questions on I-129 and had sent the reply 2nd week of May. As per the VJ timeline, it shows the I-129 should have been adjudicated between June 1 - 7th but I haven't received any response yet and the status still shows RFE received.

Does anyone have a idea how long it takes for VSC or anything that can be done to find out.

Will greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks.

When you get RFE, and send it back to a service center, it takes 2 weeks minimally or 2 month maximally to review your paper. Sometimes, people are approved in 10 days.

You have been waiting more than a month, so I recommend you to call USCIS and ask why it takes long.

I know how much it is annoying you have to wait without knowing the reason. I am also a person who are waiting for being approved.. I called USCIS 5 times before I got a hard copy.

Just think positively and let's hope to hear good news!

Good luck! smile.png

From your VJ timeline:

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between June 1, 2013 and June 7, 2013* (RFEs at the Vermont Service Center typically add an extra 30 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times, then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline."

Good luck, I hope that you receive a good response.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
