Here's the new Majority Leader Hoyer addressing the nation on the radio, and he comes up with the idea to change direction in Iraq, pass ethics and lobbying overhaul to restore accountability and integrity to the legislative process? Other Democratic goals in the new Congress include:

• Increasing the minimum wage.
  
• Enacting the September 11 Commission's security recommendations.
  
• Allowing the government to negotiate drug prices for Medicare patients.
  
• Cutting energy industry tax breaks.
  
• Lowering financial hurdles for access to higher education.
  

If this isn't an irresponsible agenda, then I don't know what is. #######? A government for the people? This is insane!
