On June 11, 2013, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of June 11, 2013, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

19-11-2014 checklist received at nvc (60 days email)

16-01-2014 - Case completed (N/A on NVC wedsite)

20-01-2015 - Case completed Email with checklist

04-02-2015 - Interview scheduled

12-03-2015 - Interview

Passport Timeline (Submitted at USPS, Standard Processing, Standard Delivery, Locator number: 51) & SSA Update & Naturalization Certificate Receipt

 

03/23/2022: Application for passport submitted at USPS facility under standard processing.

04/04/2022: Status changed to “The U.S. Department of State has received your application for your passport book on 04/04/2022. We're now reviewing your application and supporting documents...Your application locator number is 51*******.”

04/04/2022: Check for passport cashed.

05/03/2022: Status changed to "The U.S. Department of State approved your application for your passport book. We're now printing your passport book and preparing to give it to you. You should receive your passport book on or around 05/09/2022."

05/05/2022: Passport Received.

05/09/2022: SSA Citizenship Status Updated.

05/25/2022: Naturalization Certificate received in mail.

Wait for a hardcopy of your denial notice.

and what i will do ....do i need to do an appeal or restart again ?

you have to wait to see what the detailed information states

appeals are hard to win and take a long time to finalize, most cases are refilled

please post your information when it arrives

Based on previous discussions and posts, an appeal will do you no good as your wife did not give them the legal paperwork regarding her name changes and differences. An appeal only helps if the USCIS made an error in judgement. As others have said, wait for the hard copy to make sure there is nothing else in addition to this, and then file again from the beginning, making sure to include exactly what they asked for in your previous RFE. This will include a court document clearing up her name differences.

From your timeline and the info posted above, it was the petition was denied, not the visa app. There are only a few reasons why this would happen. What was your RFE about and what did you send in response? Are you sure they received it?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
