My son's medical condition. And I am not sure whether it was approved to be expedited or not because I have not recieved any notice beside the the confirmation of them getting my waiver on 03/27/2013.

Has anyone had in luck with having their waiver expedited? Our waiver was submitted March 27th with a request of expedition, but we have yet to hear anything.

I had my request expedited. Backing that up with contacting my representative/senator to seek out their contacts with the USCIS service center which was handling the application. I recieved a denial within a month of initial submission.

I don't mean to be scary. I mean only to say that expediting works if you submit it and they accept the terms or the reasons. In my case it was an immediate medical emergency. You can help it along if you get your representative to assist you by calling their contacts at the USCIS office. What is a separate issue altogether is the case. The case itself was what the adjudicator denied. I believe I had special circumstances.
