You can get it online and have it sent through FedEx. It takes about a week to get to you. If you do it the through Philpost then it may or may not get to you in 3 months. I am still waiting for a year now for 1 I ordered and shipped through Philpost.

 

 

@Hank or I can walk you through the process since we had to do it before
