I started a new thread for one that got closed.

For some reason, my thread was merged into a thread that was made AFTER mine.

I've asked why, but ... let's be honest. I won't get an answer.

Wow! Two rant threads. Since the original ranters won't acknowledge the efforts of Evylin in giving them a new home, this kinda looks bad. I hope people don't have thoughts of exclusivity. This is the first time I've seen this happen.

Evylin, if you wanna keep your rant thread as a branch for P&R posters and others who wish to join, feel free to do that. You may also just think of a different direction for your OT thread and have it renamed, make it very successful so you can rub to other people's faces how powerful you've become.

What does it matter why I started it?

I started it because a new one was needed and I wanted to see what would happen.

I got my answer.

I thought you told them they could merge your topic into the other one.

I said "merge" ... I assumed that meant the newer one would merge into the original.

It always has, since I've been on VJ.

But I guess the rules apply differently to different people.
