ok - some homework for the weekend.

1. get a shoulder of venison.

2. mince it

3. Talk Dorcas into helping you make dumpling skins

4. Fill the dumpling skins with minced venison and minced raw cabbage then

5. Talk Dorcas into helping you use the steamer gear, either in the kitchen or outside.

Voila ! Something to fill yer time, yer stomach, and make Dorcas happier than before.

You know that Vermont is where it's really at. And Vermont is very close to Maine where potatoes are the main crop. Image sex 24 hours a day and an unlimited supply of fresh potatoes. LA can't come close to matching that.
