Americans know that nothing in Canada compares to the US, it's just their way of showing some sympathy towards the terrible plight you fled. Stop being so ungrateful and thank them next time for rescuing you.

Last Friday, school was cancelled due to the threat of snow. And it didn't do anything. That was fun.

But I married someone outside of my race so its impossible for me to be racist.

You know what's funny, when I drive my wife and in laws around while we're visiting in Canada, they all speak Cantonese to each other. Where it gets funny is the Canadian specific English inserts. Example:

Cantonese, Cantonese, Cantonese, Cantonese, Tim Hortons, Cantonese, Cantonese, Cantonese, Cantonese, Swiss Chalet.

When my ex and I filed for ROC, it took 5 weeks for approval. Of course during that time he decided to go poke another young lady, so he was right on schedule for getting his 10 year GC and then leaving his marriage!
