Provisional File for package 3 in Bucharest, Romania

Thanks to visajourney I found out that a provisional file can be requested from the embassy before they receive the packet from NVC. I have done just that and now the embassy already has the forms from package 3 and our NVC case is completed as of today.

We are hoping to have an interview date within a couple of days, as we were able to expedite the process this way.

But, why did your file spent so many days at NVC? normally it takes them just a few days to send the file to the embassy for K1's.

Ya, I don't know why it took that long. It really worried us and every time we called they would not give any information. I think because we were both married before, there was additional things to check, I don't know.

The good news is that his visa got approved and my fiance is coming this Sunday the 23rd, praise the Lord.
