I-130 floating around somewhere?

Ok here is my story: I had my I-130 expedited and approved on May 30. Then I called again and requested expedition of actually sending it to the NVC. So my case status reads "On June 4, we shipped this approved case to the National Visa Center for processing."

It's been 4 or 5 business days since then and the NVC claim they still haven't received it. And they also claim that once a case arrives, it is scanned immediately. How long does mail take?? It is coming from Missouri to New Hampshire and I wouldn't expect it to take this long. I called uscis today and they say that if the case status says it was shipped, it was shipped. So now no one has any ownership of my petition. Am I just being paranoid or what? Any opinions are appreciated.
