I'm trying to get our information from NVC but every time I call there's a busy tone or a voice saying "the person you have called is busy" and it hangs up.

Is anyone else having this problem? I called 603-334-0700... isn't it supposed to be automated?

just try again. it happended to me on friday and i just waited for few mintues and it went through on next attempt

It's strange, I did that at three different times today on two different phones but it still doesn't work. I even had family in the US try it to see if it was just because I was abroad but even they can't get through. Maybe it's from high call volumes...
