hello everyone,

Im hoping someone has experience on this, suddenly my account seems to be locked out. I tried logging in last week and it kept saying "wrong password" (Even thought i was sure i was typing it right).

After a few unsuccessful attempts, i decided to just click the "forgot my password" and create a new one. well after receiving the confirmation email and clicking on the link, i got a temporary password that DID NOT WORK EITHER.

i tried copy and paste, typing directly with no success. I tried this multiple times and no luck! anyone has any ideas?

Does your original name have an ampersand (&) in it? Some have been reporting a problem with this character.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

yes, it actually does. i finally got a reply from my pm to admins saying that it will get looked at. it does seem to be the "&" sign... which is weird since i see lots of people with them.
