NVC step

I'm the petitioner on behalf of my beneficiary case, which is two are now on NVC and I do have NVC case # and it was received last may 16,2013 . on last may 20 I received AOS& DS-3032.. afterwards I call them up for further question, before I was assist I was asked few question for verifying both information but then on the last question for Date of birth of my beneficiary( minor child) I was told it did not matched on their system, then I was ask to submit of her passport or birth certificate thru E-mail so they can fixed it before they process,

but then until now I haven't heard anything from them by mail or text/email its been 2 weeks since was sent. Due to this process do you think I should wait on them or I can pay the AOS & sent back DS-3032 , am very worried my case.

And the other one case.. I called many times and ask if this case NVC # already available if it does, then I was told they are processing and they already have the case on their system, but then how long I need to wait, as I've seen other people case in NVC step, its very quick to have that process after they receive their NOA2 its just one week apart when NVC had their case, I know each applicant have different scenarios,

Yes I do... but just want to clarify if does not a big deal pay the AOS & send DS 3032... even though the birth certificate hasn't fixed yet
