if you go to USCIS site and check your processing time of CA, it shows, as of March 2013, USCIS had processed I130 as up to Sep 21, 2011. Diff service centers have diff processing time. In your case it looks like u hv to wait few more months. But you never know, you could get at any time. Good Luck!!

Wife's CR1 Visa Journey:

Feb 17, 2012: Mailed I-130 Petition.

Feb 20, 2012: Received NOA 1 ( Priority Date Feb 18, 2012).

July 12, 2013: Requested USCIS to Upgrade petition from F2A to CR1.

July 27, 2013: USCIS sent confirmation email regarding upgrade.

July 29, 2013: I-130 Petition Approved dancin5hr.gifwow.gifdancin5hr.gifstar_smile.gifsmile.png

August 02, 2013: NOA 2 Received.

August 12, 2013: NVC Received the Petition

August 29, 2013: NVC Assigned the Case Number

September 4, 2013: AOS Bill Invoiced.

September 4, 2013: NVC requested to fill DS-261 via email.

September 4, 2013: Filed DS-261 online.

September 4, 2013: Paid AOS bill online.

September 6, 2013: NVC Accepted AOS bill payment.

September 6, 2013: Mailed I-864Ez to NVC

September 11, 2013: NVC Entered AOS Documents into their system for Review ( NVC Says it may take 30 business days to review)

Was your I-130 Petition on VSC?

Yes it was.

My husband's PD is March 13, 2012 its been 14 months but no NOA2 yet.. sad.png

Don't worry u will get soon. I have waited 2 yrs. The thing is even after u get approval from USCIS u will again wait in NVC until ur PD become current. As the priority date in visa bulletin is moving fast in these couple of months, hopefully, u will get approval from USCIS soon. Good Luck!!

Upto Jan13'th 2012 F2A case have been processed last week and they are receiving NOA2 today. Some friend got their approval PD 13 th Jan yesterday.

oh i see..my pd is jan 27, 2012 no approval yet.

I don't know but looks like I think CSC is processing papers randomly. I have read people with PD on late September 2011 have not got NOA2 yet while people with PD on Jan 1st and 2nd week have already got NOA2. I don't know how CSC is processing out I-130.
