If you applied in Feb 2012,then you need to call immediately and speak to a Tier 2 @USCIS.Have you been checking on your status? I'm sure the marjority of Feb 2012 Filets are @Embassy Stage or are completely finished with Visa in hand.We applied in June 2012 and my hubby has interview next month...

I don't think that applies to the F2A category. People who applied in Sept 2011 under F2A still haven't received an NOA2.

I don't think that applies to the F2A category. People who applied in Sept 2011 under F2A still haven't received an NOA2.

I didn't know his category. I based my answer on the question re: February 2012, I 130 for spouse.The category was not clarified in the question.Maybe, he can back track to the February 2012 thread and check others status.

my PD is 27Feb2012..

no approval yet..

California Service Center current proccessing dates are on/before Sept 23,2011..

so we dont expect any approval any time soon :(

The processing time of F2A category is showing the same sept 23 2011since six months. What it means? is CSC processing F2A , I-130 petition ??

It has been stagnant for the past year. They are approving cases now with PD of Sept 23, 2011 and later.

Lots of F2A filers with PD from Sept to Dec 2011 are still waiting for their NOA2.

same issue on my case. i filed my i-130 of my wife last dec 2011 and it's still pending. called them twice for the past 2 months and said that the case is under the normal processing times. are they joking?!!! it's been 17 months now how come they haven't came up a decision. i'm getting a little bit of worried.

if you go to USCIS site and check your processing time of CA, it shows, as of March 2013, USCIS had processed I130 as up to Sep 21, 2011. Diff service centers have diff processing time. In your case it looks like u hv to wait few more months. But you never know, you could get at any time. Good Luck!!
