How to Request a copy of I-751 Form?

We received our 10 year permanent resident cards back in February. My step daughter's had the incorrect birth date. I then submitted the I-90 form and 'checked' that it was an error on the USCIS. We finally received the green card back in the mail yesterday and they returned it saying that they checked their records and it is correct going off of the submission I had made.

Every other document until now was correct, even her conditional 2 year green card. They are going off of the I-751 and saying WE made the error. Now this is possible, but I can't find my copy of the I-751 we submitted! They have her birth year 1977 instead of 1997, so it could have been an error or bad penmenship (sp?).

I already scheduled an Infopass appointment because we want to send her to visit her grandmom for the summer in Colombia and i believe they will stamp her passport. BUT we want to resolve this issue as well. Would I be able to request a copy of the I-751 at my appointment? Or will I be able to address this issue and have them look into it there?

If I did submit wrong, will I have to submit a new I-751? On the I-90 there is no option for incorrect information submitted by us....

I will ask them but I figured I would ask here as well.

I found it! But all my information is correct! I don't know what to do now. Obviously someone input the information wrong in their computer.

What should I do? Everything I had submitted was correct and they are saying that there error is not from them. It seems they just want me to pay more money.
