I am US citizen who is a petitioner and sponsor for my mother whose interview is in July 2013...

Is there any law that I have to notify USCIS for change of address?

if so..how many days...I have to report to..

I am asking because I found that for non US citizens they have to notify within 10 days ..its a law but I dont see it anywhere

that petitioner or sponsor who is US citizen has to report this...

Please advice...

US citizens do not need to report changes to our address. Part of our freedom here. But if you are in the process of doing a petition you do need to let them know so the mail gets to the right address.

If you change your address AFTER she gets the visa/ greencard then yes, you need to notify them because they keep track of where the financial sponsor (who filed the I-864) lives.

Do I have to report 'change of address' prior to her interview in July 2013?

Actually my problem is...my move from home state WA to current State NY is not sure...

I mean am not sure if I will move back to WA state ...I am just checking the waters...here...in NY

So am worried if I move back lets say in a 2-3 weeks...I have to report change of address again...

When you move to a new address, fill out an address change form at USPS. If you move back again, fill out another address change form. Just make sure all the mail is being forwarded to where you're going to be. If your mail isn't received or received by the incorrect recipient, your mail may be returned to sender, and that may show red flags of misinformation and/or delay your visa process.
